Herbonaire Shipping, Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Herbonaire, we prioritise the safety, purity, and effectiveness of our Ayurvedic and wellness products, especially our premium Shilajit. To ensure strict hygiene and product integrity, we maintain a clear and transparent No Refund/No Return Policy with limited exceptions for genuine cases only.

1.   General Policy

All orders are packed after a complete quality check to ensure you receive safe and authentic products. Since our items are consumable, opened or used products cannot be accepted back due to health and hygiene concerns. Once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified. All purchases are considered final.

2.   Shipping Policy

·        Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days of confirmation

·        We ship across India using reliable courier partners

·        Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery location and weight

·        Customers will receive tracking information via email/SMS

·        Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days (may vary by location)

·        Herbonaire is not responsible for courier delays, incorrect address issues, or orders marked "Delivered" but not received

·        Customers must ensure the delivery address is correct and reachable

3.   Return and Replacement Policy

A return or replacement request is accepted only in the following specific situations:

·        The product arrives damaged, leaked, broken, or tampered

·        A wrong product, variant, or quantity has been delivered

·        The product received is expired or very near expiry

Process for Returns/Replacements:

To raise a return or replacement request, customers must contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery and provide:

·        Clear photos or videos of the outer packaging

·        Clear photos of the product itself

·        Description of the issue

4.   Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted

We cannot accept returns or refunds in the following situations:

·        Dissatisfaction after use (taste, smell, texture, or claimed "no effect")

·        Change of mind or incorrect product ordered by the customer

·        Delivery failures due to incorrect address or unreachable contact

·        The seal is opened or packaging damaged by the customer

·        Products purchased during promotional/clearance sales (non-returnable unless damaged)
